From behavioural sciences to design and communication

Since 2017, I have been working on human decision-making processes, nudging and behavioural sciences in the academic as well as in the tech field.

If someone had asked me back in 2015 where I saw myself in 10 years, I would never have guessed it. At the time, I had just started studying Nutrition and Home Economics in Hamburg. That’s where I discovered my passion for the human brain and behavior.

I spent some time working in academic research before transitioning into UX research at YAZIO, a leading SaaS company in health and fitness. My next step took me into e-commerce, where I joined Kaufland e-commerce as a Senior UX Researcher.

At the same time, I realized I was missing a creative outlet in my day-to-day work. That led me to pursue a degree in Graphic Design.

Over time, I came to understand that these seemingly different paths—designing, researching, and communicating—could all come together, united by one core value: putting the human at the center of every experience.
