About me

Hi, I'm Caro

As a German-Italian I grew up in a small town between Milan and Lake Como. But after graduating from high school I wanted to get to know my second country better: So I packed my bags and started my studies of nutrition in Hamburg.

Already during my bachelor's degree, I participated in various research projects around the topics of nutritional behavior and behavioral science (under the direction of Prof. Dr. Sibylle Adam). The field inspired me from day one and accompanies me until today. The english Master Health Sciences followed.

The passion for the human behaviour only grew with time, and I started working in the user experience field in 2020. I worked as a UX researcher both in consulting (läuft GmbH) as well as in one of Europe's biggest SaaS nutrition apps, YAZIO.

Currently, I am back in Italy, working as a Senior UX Researcher at Kaufland e-commerce, part of the Schwarz Group. I also still tech qualitative research methods at university and supervise papers and theses.
